Important: Central Audit provides diagnosis and recommendations only. We do not implement changes, manage ongoing SEO campaigns, or guarantee specific search rankings. The audit report is advisory in nature.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• You are the owner or authorized representative of the website being audited
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Pricing and Payment

• Elite Pack: $99 (one-time payment)
• Premium Pack: $199 (one-time payment)

These are founding rates and may change at our discretion. The price confirmed at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.

Payment Terms

• All payments are one-time. There are no subscriptions, retainers, or auto-renewals.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase, before audit work begins.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

4. Service Delivery

• Most audits are delivered within 4 to 5 business days of receiving your goals, website access, and any required analytics permissions.
• The scope of the audit is confirmed before work begins. Larger or more complex sites may require additional time, which will be communicated upfront.
• Delivery is via a comprehensive audit report sent to the email address you provide.
• We reserve the right to decline an audit if the website contains illegal content or if the scope is not feasible within the selected package.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Data

You retain full ownership of your website content, analytics data, and any business information you share with us. We claim no ownership over your data.

Our Methodology

Central Audit retains full ownership of its audit methodology, frameworks, templates, proprietary processes, and analytical approaches. These are not transferred to you through the audit.

The Audit Report

Upon delivery and payment in full, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the audit report for your internal business purposes. You may share the report with your team, developers, or contractors working on your website. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report publicly without our written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver your audit effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your website, goals, and business
• Grant read-only access to relevant analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) when requested
• Respond to reasonable requests for clarification in a timely manner
• Not hold Central Audit responsible for third-party platform changes, algorithm updates, or actions taken by your team after the audit is delivered

7. Limitations of Liability

The audit report is advisory in nature. Central Audit does not guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings or positions
• Increases in organic traffic, conversions, or revenue
• That search engines will index or rank your content in any particular way
• Results from implementing the recommendations provided

SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your implementation, competitor activity, algorithm changes, and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Central Audit's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the audit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client data as confidential. We will not share your website information, analytics data, audit findings, or business details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Termination

By You

You may cancel your audit request at any time before work has commenced for a full refund. If work has already begun, the refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

By Us

We reserve the right to terminate or decline services if:

• You provide false or misleading information
• The website contains illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• You engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our team
• Continued service would violate any applicable law

In the event of termination by us, any prepaid fees for undelivered work will be refunded.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to first contact us at hello@centralaudit.net so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. We are committed to fair resolution and will work with you in good faith.

If informal resolution is not possible, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration seated in India, conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the governing law set out in Section 12, unless both parties agree to an alternative process.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the courts and tribunals of India, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
